Substitutions
- Roasted garlic can be omitted, the soup mix already has garlic flavor in it but I really like the flavor that roasted garlic makes, so if you have the time I defintely recommend it.
- If you only have an onion dip on hand you can use that.
- Natural sour cream will work if you don't have ricotta.
Variations
This can also be done in a slow cooker on low.
This is a vegetarian recipe but if you want to add some protein a cup pepperoni diced up or the mini pepperoni bites would be delicious.
Ingredients for easy white pizza dip
- Mozzarella Cheese - About 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- Roasted Garlic
- Butter
- Ricotta Cheese - About a half cup ricotta cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Lipton Soup Mix - Savory Herb & Garlic
Instructions
Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it soften for about 1 hour.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees f.
Wrap a whole head of garlic in foil, drizzle with oil and bake at 350 degfrees f for 1 hour.
Melt the butter in the microwave.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, roasted garlic, ricotta cheese, and stir until mixed together.
Combine soup mix envelope lipton savory herb and stir.
Pour the mixture into a cast iron or baking dish.
Cover the mixture with the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Set the oven to Hi Broil.
Broil for 5-7 minutes until the cheese starts to brown on the top.
Garnish with fresh basil and a little olive oil and serve hot!

- 2-3 Cloves - Roasted Garlic
- ½ Stick - Butter
- ½ Cup - Ricotta Cheese
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½-1 Packet - Lipton Soup Mix - Savory Herb & Garlic

Add half of the seasoning packet at first and mix in to taste, add more to your taste.
