Top Tips for this Lipton Vegetable Dip Recipe:

  • Making it a day ahead of time will make it taste the best, stir well once it has been taken out of the refrigerator.
  • I tested the recipe with freshly grated carrots and with pre grated and found no significant difference in taste, so I chose to use the pre grated carrots to save time.
  • If using pita bread, I recommend cutting the whole pieces into quarters and lightly toasting them before serving.

If you freshly grate the carrots I would recommend using a kitchen towel or cheese cloth to squeeze out the excess water so that the dip does not have too much liquid in it.
